Dress code - There is a high possibility of drivers getting dirty from foreign elements, don't wear anything you don't want to get dirty. Other suggestions are: Light clothing for in-car, light shoes or running shoes (no boots, sandals, heels), finger nails trimmed, thin gloves (optional).
There is no guarantee that drivers (after attending our course) will be considered a professional drifter, all drivers learn at different rates, some pick it up faster than others, it takes many hours of seat time to become a professional. Novice drivers will acquire knowledge and experience with controlling a rear wheel drive car when there is loss of rear tire traction.
By participating in any training course offered by Drift Control Inc, the participant acknowledges and accepts that performance driver training involves inherent risks. Drift Control Inc, its instructors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any personal injury (including death), bodily harm, property damage, vehicle damage, or any other loss arising from participation in the training, whether occurring during the course or as a result of it. Participants assume full responsibility for their actions and any associated risks.
Drivers using their own car

If a registered student (driver) requests to practice with their own car, they might be eligible to do so but only after being granted permission by the Drift Control representative (one of the coaches). The driver will first use the supplied Drift Control car(s) and be instructed on training during their drive session. Once the coach acknowledges that the driver is following directions, understanding the training and progressing safely - the coach may then give permission for the student to use their car during their drive-time durations. *Note: choosing to use your own car does not discount your Drift Control registration fee.
There are sound restrictions at our facility. For any driver wanting to use their car, let us know ahead of time as we will need to do a static (vehicle not in-motion) sound test. This will involve revving the car (in park or neutral) to a certain RPM level. If the car passes this static test, the car will be eligible to be practiced with on the property. A second sound test will take place once the car is in motion (dynamic sound test) as the sound level will increase when the engine is under load. If the car fails this sound test, the driver will be radio or flagged to park the vehicle. The driver will then have to return to use the supplied Drift Control cars. The countdown of the driver's session will not be paused during this time of parking their car and getting into one of the supplied cars, so please keep this in mind.
Participants using their personally owned or registered vehicles for training must ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy, free of loose or hanging parts, and without excessive fluid leaks. Additionally, all loose items must be removed from the vehicle before training. Drift Control Inc is not responsible for any vehicle damage, mechanical breakdowns, personal injury (including death) or related issues that may occur during or after the course. Participants assume full responsibility for the condition, maintenance, and operation of their vehicles throughout the training.
