Arrive & Drive registration rates based on entry of five drivers per 5 hour event. If in the case that less than 5 drivers attend an event, Drift Control Inc reserves the right to reduce the event time duration (for example, if only 4 drivers attend, the event duration could be reduced by 45 minutes).

Attending drivers must present valid driver's license upon arrival of scheduled event, failure to do so will result in forfeiting from event without refund.

A mandatory drivers meeting will take place on the start time of your event (before anyone gets in a car). If a driver is late and misses the meeting, a private meeting with that driver will happen in-place of their initial driving time.

Drifting is challenging, we highly suggest being well rested prior to your event. Also the use of alcohol and/or drugs is strictly prohibited, any indications of this can lead to termination of your event without a refund.

Damage Liability

Participants are not liable for damage when it is normal wear and tear to the vehicle.  However, if the damage is a direct result of reckless, negligent or deliberate action participant(s) remain liable.

If an individual registers other drivers for a Drift Control event other than or including themselves, the registrant is responsible for the other driver(s) they have registered to comply with these Terms and Conditions, especially in the case of recklessness or negligence. If any of the registrants provide fraudulent identification, the registrant who booked the event would be liable for any damage that is not considered wear and tear as a result of the other driver(s) they registered including themselves.

Rain Policy

Events will run rain or shine. On the rare occasion that weather is too severe, we will reschedule your event in advance if necessary. If an event is cancelled part way through your event you will receive a raincheck voucher valued equal to the unused portion of your experience. We will make every effort to complete your event on the scheduled date.

Payment and Booking Policy

All individual bookings must be paid in full at the time of your reservation including all taxes. A booking is not confirmed until paid in full. Gift certificates do not include taxes and must be paid upon booking. Group Bookings require a 25% booking deposit and the balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy

Booking schedule changes may be made up to 15 days prior to your event without penalty. There will be a $50 re-booking fee for changes made inside 15 days and 72 hrs prior to your event. Cancellations made within 72 hrs of the event are considered “No Shows”.

“No Shows” forfeit their paid amount including taxes and will not be credited for any future events.

Drift control Inc reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event at any time without reason. If Drift Control cancels a scheduled event which you have already paid for, a refund will be issued (or credit towards another upcoming Drift Control event).

Banishment or Forfeiting Policy

Banishment of a driver will be implemented without refund if the following (but not limited to) were to occur: Failure to provide valid driver's license. Disrespect to staff, customers, other people on the property, any acts of violence, intentional damage to vehicles, objects or property, (*Note: criminal charges can be implemented*), any damage to the vehicles as a result of ignoring instructions, reckless behavior or deliberate action.

Forfeiting will result in a non-refund

Note, drivers under the age of 18 require a parental waiver to be signed. Any driver under the age of 18, not accompanied by a parent or supplying signed parental waiver (supplied prior to event upon request) will result in forfeiting from the event with no refund.

The surface that drifting will take place on is paved asphalt with intermittent wetting

Dress code - There is a high possibility of drivers getting dirty from foreign elements, don't wear anything you don't want to get dirty. Other suggestions are: Light clothing for in-car, light shoes or running shoes (no boots, sandals, heels), finger nails trimmed, thin gloves (optional).

There is no guarantee that drivers (after attending our course) will be considered a professional drifter, all drivers learn at different rates, some pick it up faster than others, it takes many hours of seat time to become a professional. Novice drivers will acquire knowledge and experience with controlling a rear wheel drive car when there is loss of rear tire traction.
